1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Speed Readify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Speed Readify is a speed reading application that uses RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technology to help users read faster. The App allows users to import, create, and read text content at adjustable speeds.

3. User Accounts

The App does not require user account creation. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Premium features are available through a subscription
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly at $2.99 USD (prices may vary by region)
  • Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings

5. Free Trial

  • New subscribers receive a 2-week free trial
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription
  • Only one free trial per Apple ID

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you import or create in the App
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import
  • Do not import content that infringes on others' copyrights or intellectual property

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Use the App to process content you do not have rights to
  • Circumvent any technical limitations of the App

8. AI Features

  • AI text extraction is provided by third-party services
  • Results may not always be accurate
  • You should verify extracted text for accuracy
  • Do not use AI features to process sensitive personal information

9. Intellectual Property

  • Speed Readify and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
  • The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
  • Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
